PHASE 1
Apply for necessary approval and certification from the Hong Kong SAR Government's Civil Aviation Department to start operation for aerial sightseeing services in Hong Kong.
PHASE 2
Apply for necessary approval and certification from The People's Republic of China's Civil Aviation Administration of China to operate air shuttle services between Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area.
PHASE 3
Further, expand services and establish operations in the Philippines, Vietnam and Indonesia. Begin planning and training for the expected future target fleet of 20 aircraft.
PHASE 4
Establish a training academy in partnership with an existing educational institution to train future pilots, and engineers. Establish research and development facilities in the Greater Bay Area for electric aircraft engines to replace piston engine aircraft.
